These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access and use of File Sharing App (the "app"), a mobile application that allows you to share files with other users of the app or with third-party services, such as photos, vidoes, or documents. The app is owned and operated by Krutagna Infotech. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on your own device for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the app or any part thereof without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app or any part thereof. User Content
The app allows you to upload, store, send, receive, and access files ("User Content") through the app or through third-party services that you choose to connect with the app. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it with others. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload, store, send, receive, and access your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any laws or regulations or infringe any rights of any third party, such as intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights. You also agree that you will not upload, store, send, receive, or access any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable.
We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. However, by uploading, storing, sending, receiving, or accessing your User Content through the app or through third-party services that you choose to connect with the app, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your User Content for the purposes of providing and improving the app's functionality and performance. You also grant us the right to sublicense your User Content to our service providers that help us operate and maintain the app. We will not use your User Content for any other purposes without your consent.
We do not monitor or review your User Content or the User Content of other users of the app. However, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations or infringes any rights of any third party. We also reserve the right to disclose your User Content and your identity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if we are required to do so by law or if we believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or interests or those of our users or third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may result from your User Content or the User Content of other users of the app. You also acknowledge and agree that we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, reliability, suitability, or completeness of any User Content. You should exercise caution and common sense when uploading, storing, sending, receiving, or accessing any User Content through the app or through third-party services that you choose to connect with the app.
Third-Party Services

You are responsible for choosing who you share files with and what files you share. You should only share files that you have the right to share and that do not violate any laws or regulations or infringe any rights of any third party.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from your file sharing activities.

We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may result from your use of any third-party services. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or expectations or that any results or information obtained from the app will be accurate, reliable, or complete. Your use of the app is at your own risk and discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the app, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of reputation. In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the app exceed the amount paid by you to us for the app in the past 12 months.

Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
